  • Are your glazes food safe?

    YES! I use glazes that are food safe, specifically restaurant quality that are resistant to marking and scratching.

  • Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?

    YES! Safe for both unless otherwise noted in the product description.

  • What do I do if my piece arrives broken?

    If your item arrives broken please reach out to me within a week of receiving it. Please include lots of photos of the damaged item. I can either refund you or send you a similar piece as a replacement.

  • Can I return something?

    Unfortunately I cannot process returns at this time.

  • Why does my mug look different than the one in the photo?

    I do my best to photograph all pieces with examples that are true to color. However, all of my work is hand thrown and glazed, therefore slight variations in size, shape, and color are normal and to be expected. This makes your piece unique to you!

  • My mug has black marks on it, how do I get them off?

    a light scrub with baking soda, Bar Keepers Friend, or Bon Ami work great and won’t harm your piece.

  • Why don't you offer free shipping?

    Unfortunately free shipping isn’t sustainable for a small business like me. Packing materials and shipping costs are high, not to mention the time it takes to pack your item. Shipping costs only increase $2 per item after the base price, order a few pieces to make it worth your while?
